Jessica Jax

 

Jessica Jax practices estate planning exclusively and is passionate about helping her clients plan proactively to ensure they and their families are taken care of.

Jessica founded Jax Estate Planning because her first priority is providing unsurpassed service to her clients. The simple step of starting a conversation about your estate plan can be difficult and Jessica goes out of her way to make the process as easy as possible. Her clients consistently report that she is easy to talk to and makes the estate planning process easy.

Prior to founding Jax Estate Planning, Jessica served as Managing Attorney at TuckerAllen. She has been featured on television, radio, and print media to discuss estate planning.

Jessica brings her experience of having worked with hundreds of families to help her clients consider questions they may not have thought of, tackle complications that had them stuck, and gain an understanding of their plan. Jessica strives to ensure that her clients understand and are comfortable with their plan before she is done.

Jessica received a Bachelor of Science in communication studies and legal studies, summa cum laude, from Northwestern University in 2004. She received her Juris Doctor from Duke University School of Law in 2007. During law school, Jessica served on the editorial board of the Duke Law Journal and as the interscholastic coordinator of the Duke Law Moot Court Board.

Jessica lives in West County with her husband, Tim, their two kids, Henry and Ellie, and their dog, Lola.
